In recent years, we are committed to developing a psychiatric community support service and promoting Kwai Chung Hospital’s reconstruction program. Dr. Lu is also the chairman of the Executive Council of the Hong Kong Mental Health Council and the deputy director of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Prevention Suicide Research Center at The University of Hong Kong. Dr. Lu is an adult psychiatrist who has extensive experience in the management of psychiatric patients admitted under the statutory hospitalization. Recent academic studies include a new generation of psychiatric drug research, mental health rehabilitation, community support for suicidal groups and early intervention services for mental disorders.

Song Cai
Canadian Chinese scientists, Ph.D., National University of Ireland; postdoctoral at McGill University in Canada (ranked 22 in the World University). He was a lecturer at Tsinghua University, an assistant professor at the University of British Columbia (ranked 36), an associate professor at the Canadian Institute of Health and Prince Edward Island University. Yao Yin
Professor of Genetics at Columbia University; Distinguished Professor of Modern Anthropology Research Center, Fudan University, Institute of Epidemiology; Associate Professor and PhD supervisor at Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University; US NIH Institute of Mental Illness researcher. Through the study of the genetic pathology of obsessive-compulsive disorder, Dr. Yao Yin analyzed the complexity of genealogy of obsessive compulsive pedigrees (Molecular Psychiatry, 2000 & 2005) and found that the gene pathway which has a significant correlation with the drug treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder (Molecular Psychiatry, 2015). Through the study of tumor genetics, it was first discovered that the pedigree genetic genes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma may be on chromosome 4 (Nature Genetics, 2003), and found non-coding RNAs that are significantly associated with cancer metastasis and survival and suggested that prediction of gene pathway Feasibility of Survival in Cancer Patients (The American Journal of Human Genetics, 2016) established analytical methods and software for finding pedigrees or non-familial oncology genomics (The American Journal of Human Genetics, 2007). Yang Yanguang
Distinguished Professor of Taiwan National Cheng Kung University, School of Medicine Department of Psychology; Dean of affiliated hospital; technology expertise: neuroimaging, bio-psychiatry, behavioral medicine; published more than 200 articles of SIC International Journal. He is also Associate Editor of Clinical Psychopharmacology and Neuroscience in Taiwan and co-editor of Scientific Reports and Psychiatry Research.
Zeljko Loparic
Has a PhD in philosophy and since 1984 teaches philosophy and history of psychoanalysis at different universities in Brazil and abroad. In 2005 he founded, together with Elsa Oliveira Dias, the Brazilian Society of Winnicottian Psychoanalysis (SBPW). In 2013 he founded and was elected president of the International Winnicott Association (IWA). In 2014 he started teaching the Sino-Brazilian Training Course in Winnicottian Psychoanalysis in Beijing. He authored Heidegger Defendant (1990), Ethics and Finitude (1995), Heuristic Descartes (1997), Kant’s Transcendental Semantics (2000), On Respon-sibility (2003), and Heidegger (2004), Winnicott e Jung (2014), Winnicott´s New Track (2017, forthcoming), co-edited several collective volumes, and published numerous papers in national and international journals on general philosophy of science (Carnap, Kuhn) and philosophy (mainly Kant and Heidegger) and history of psychoanalysis (Winnicott).

In addition, he serves as editor of several international magazines and judges of more than 30 international magazines. His research interests include: Etiology of complex diseases, clinical trials and pharmacogenomics, translational medicine research and methods.
